What Shipping Methods Are Available?

Within Bahrain, shipping is free and is usually next business day. It might take more days depending on availability and roasting schedule.
Outside Bahrain, your order might take between 3-5 business days. We'll do our best to ship it as soon as possible!

Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes, we do. International shipping costs differ from country to country. Costs will be calculated in your cart before you checkout.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

We'll do our best to get your coffee to you as soon as possible. For orders in Bahrain, expect to get your coffee next business day. Outside Bahrain, it can take up to 5 business days.

What Payment Methods Are Accepted?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, and Cash-on-Delivery. For subscriptions only Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

Is Buying On-Line Safe?

Yes! our website is secured with an SSL Certificate, and we do not collect or keep your payment information on our servers at all.

ORDERS & RETURNS

How do I place an Order?

Simply click the 'Add to Cart' button found on each product's page. It will take you to the checkout page where you will have to enter your billing and shipping information. You will get the total cost of your product in that page, and you can proceed from there to the checkout page to place your order.

How Can I Cancel Or Change My Order?

Send us a message with your Order ID. You can find it in your email or My Account section. Please note that not all orders can be canceled, as our team will immediately start working on your order as soon as it's received.

Do I need an account to place an order?

You don't need an account for single orders, but we recommend you create one to keep track of your orders. Don't worry, you can delete your account and your information whenever you want. For Subscriptions, an account is necessary so you can manage and access your deliveries, payment history, payment method and much more!

How Do I Track My Order?

You can track your order on your My Account page.

How Can I Return a Product?

Unfortunately, due to the perishable nature of coffee, we cannot accept bags that have been opened. However, we strive to give our customers the highest quality of goods and the best tasting coffee. Let us know if you don't like your order and we will try to work something out just for you!

SUBSCRIPTIONS

So If order today, when will I get my coffee?

You'll get your first bag of coffee this upcoming Sunday. After that, it will be every other Sunday. Together Forever! (Unless you cancel, of course).

How much is it?

It is only 6 BHD per month. What a deal! You're basically getting a month's worth of coffee for LESS than the price of 2 bags.

Can I cancel whenever I want? What happens when I do?

Sure! You can easily cancel by going to your account and managing your subscriptions. The monthly payment will stop and you won't be getting coffee from us. But we can always get back together anytime you wish!
